Getting my 5k under 30 minutes

It's not easy in getting my 5K under 30 minutes.
It only seems once I get there almost on the verge of getting under the 30 minute mark I get sick, or an injury or just plain exhausted!
Really I shouldn't put so much enphasis on getting it under 30 minutes, but for some reason it really...really...matters.

So I shall try tomorrow to at least get it under 35 minutes.
I've been running for 30 years and still my running is getting slowwwwwer and slowwwwwer...

When I ran on my trail today it was full of naked trees and cleared paths, because the leaves have now blown into the creek. It is quiet except of the whirly wind up in the white pines.
I plug in my sony bean and I'm off to enjoy a 50 minute run.

I'm not worry about the 5K today...Well...not really.
I'm occasionally popping my head around to my gps that I  placed upside down on my wrist.
I know I'm slow for all I hear is the constant beeping... speed up! speed up!
Shut-up you favorite running tool and toss it into my pocket!
I finish slow  7.2 minutes per Kilometer.
Not to worry Ill try that 5Kunder 30 tomorrow..
